UPDATE: I wrote this awhile ago and my opinion stands. Everyone in the office is always so incredibly nice and helpful. Plus, my rates are lower than any of the other big name companies. Definitely go with Stephen Lardie if you're looking at State Farm.

I get great rates for both my home and auto insurance, and the customer service out of Stephen Lardie's office is impeccable. They're always kind, courteous and helpful over the phone. When we purchased new vehicles, the DMV was giving us problems with handing over our registration because their system didn't show we had coverage, and Stephen personally called them at 7:30am to insure they got everything we needed. He also knows who you are the second you call and answers any questions you might have!
