  This gym doesn't have the newest equipment but is still great. Staff could be friendlier.

  Great gym. Friendly staff. Always stay on top of cleaning and making sure the new gym stays new. Equipment is maintained. Honor system of most people is great, there is a few that won't unrack their weights or wipe their sweat/grease off of the equipment after use. Don't be one of those people. Let's set a good example for the incoming New Year Resolution folks!

  Great staff. Great environment. clean every time i have gone. Ive had to ask how to use the machines a few time and for advice on what to use for the muscles ive wanted to work out and the staff have always been kind and helpful.

  I need to switch my home gym ASAP, they're giving PF a bad rep.

  Certainly the 5 star rating for this facility is warranted. The cleanest fitness center ever and the dedication to keeping it clean is obvious. When we first joined, I did a review specifically noting one particular young lady. It did not make it to the “top” management.
  
  So, while this is more public, I take pleasure in calling attention to Sage Kinney. Sage is the one who showed us around the entire facility when we first considered joining. Sage has an excitingly special personality; totally dedicated to her objective of doing the best for her employer. I’ve hired many good people in my days as an executive, but few have made the impression on me like she did. My view is that any new “partner” being hired should follow her around as she energetically and thoroughly convinces those guest to join Planet Fitness; whether this location or those sister clubs owned by the same proprietor. If I were in the hiring phase again, she’d be one to hire, then figure out what position she should fill. Yes, that first impression is all important. Sage is a keeper!
