5 stars all the way! Tim arrived promptly, was extremely professional and very easy to work with. In just 25 minutes he was able to diagnose the issue with my gas fireplace, repair the problem and get it back in perfect working order - just in time for the snow to start flying! He even gave me honest advice on how to buy and install an under-fireplace blower on my own. That, folks, is the type of honesty that creates lifelong customers. I wish ALL companies were run like Fireplace & Grill Experts and had folks like Tim!

Jason and the team at Fireplace and Grill Experts were awesome to work with. I was doing a full remodel of an old wood fireplace and Jason came out before I started to give me options and help select the best gas fireplace for my space. He was also available during the build out process if I had any questions. Tom and Ollie did the install and impressed me by getting in a small crawl space to run the gas line correctly in the location I preferred without even a small complaint. Once finished, they gave me a tutorial on the system and answered any and all questions. The electrician who helped with the install fixed some "homeowner special" wiring that had occurred before I bought the house but was definitely not in his scope of work. The best part: the fireplace looks amazing. I highly recommend the entire team at Fireplace and Grill Experts!
