  Went it today to have my battery checked and changed to a new one. Viridiana promptly took care of me and helped me with the whole process. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very polite and helpful.

  The AutoZone staff were friendly and had everything I needed on hand for simple repairs such as a battery replacement and wiper blade replacements along with microfiber cloths. The staff was helpful in helping me find each of these and dispose of my old battery after taking it out in the parking lot.

  Went in to get my battery checked on my Mazda and Joshua was very helpful! His Excellent service made my hectic and stressful day so much better!

  Idk who the man is who works your drive through window (he was there this morning around 7:15AM MST - But you need to give him a raise.
  
  He is providing customer service way above his pay grade. He is hospitable, intuitive, empathetic, and generally just pleasant to be around!!! For example, instead of pointing out that my sandwich wasn’t ready yet, he gave my beverages and immediately began inquiring about my day, where I was headed, and distracted with genuine conversation, before I knew it - my sandwich was in my hand.

  The employees were really nice the girl working drive thru was the sweetest. And the coffee and my sweet tea lemonade came put prefect!!! ?

  The counter service was great! The drinks took a little longer than usual, but they were training a new employee so it's understandable. I am vegan, so I get an iced americano with a splash of almond milk. I saw the barista pour regular milk, and then realize it was supposed to be almond. She just poured almond milk on top of it and made the drink like normal. She served it to me and I asked her to remake it - it had way to much milk for me in general - obviously I wanted it without dairy. She fixed the drink no problem and remade it with just almond milk. It was perfect after that. I was glad I was there to notice the mistake. The dairy would have probably made me sick as that has been my experience another time getting the wrong milk. All in all, good service, but an opportunity to train further on not serving a drink that was incorrect.
