Costco Vision Center

The team at the vision center are exceptional they exceeded my expectations in customer service product quality, cost and commitment to customer satisfaction. I received 2 pairs progressive glasses for less than one pair from other national vendor. I will never go anywhere else again.

Going to the eye doctor is intimidating sometimes, especially when you are new to the area. However, this place was amazing.

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, while the optometrist was very professional and courteous. She could explain everything in layman’s terms, so nothing went over my head!

If you are looking for a new eye doctor, this is the place!!!

I have become a Huge Costco Vision fan. My experience with Dr Castan and her office manager was perfection. Smooth, easy, comfortable, and confident. Same at the optical department. Kay and team were solid - just wonderful. I initially ordered progressive lenses. I didn't like them, so I went back to see what my options were. Kay quickly processed the return and had my order for single vision lenses completed in no time. I applied the refund to an additional pair of sunglasses. 5 stars.

I saw Dr. Castans earlier today and had a very positive experience. She was kind, very thorough, and clearly cared about my well-being. I will be a return customer absolutely! I highly, highly recommend using Costco's Vision Center at this location. I'm glad I did!
