Rep was limited to knowledge, went to corporate store at south lands met Scott, who bragged about being with company for 7 years. What an embarrassment, because I could have swore he was new. Loud, not attentive, and again, not able to help me.
While I was there, he was conversing with another costumer about some guy and his new baby. I was on a time crunch, no time for this.
I asked Scott to simply look in the memos, my expert team in CoSprings helped make this easy for him, everything I needed was in the notes, they made this easy for him and I. Scott couldn’t help me. Sent me away.
Called the aurora location on Peoria, these guys had me in and out in no time! Now these guys know their job! I recommend rotating Scott locations so he acquires more skill.
Peoria store in aurora is the go to location. Amazing costumer service, cared about my time, got me set up with new phone.
