(January 21, 2019, 11:34 am)They are always super friendly extremely helpful and priced right. Recently my daughter’s car was stalled and wouldn’t start. They recommended a towing service to get it to their shop and had her car fixed right away. We also have them put on our snow tires every year. Very highly recommend Family Tire Pros of Aurora.

(December 9, 2018, 11:26 am)Sean at Family Tire Pros is focused on customer service. I’ve been in to have my car looked at and I have always been given an honest answer. I recently had it estimated to repair my car for $1500+ but we had a real conversation that if I was planning on buying a new car, putting that kind of money into it wouldn’t make sense. I went back the next week for an oil change and they did a great job. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!

I knew we were near Family Tire so I called them to see if they would be willing to help us remove the flat tire. We brought it by and within 20 minutes Shawn had the tire off and the spare put on. He was so nice and friendly and willingly answered all of my dumb questions as he was working. I am so thankful and appreciative for his help. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
