Quiet gym and pool for elderly people.
Very clean, peaceful surroundings. wonderful employees, friendly patrons.
This is one of my favorite places to work out. The pool is warm, great for therapy. And the pool has a,current section where the goes in the opposite direction adding resistance to a workout. The crowd is older. And there are many people trying to rehab an injury or just exercise. The people vary in etnicity and national orgin. Not everyone in the pool speaks English, but we seem to find common ground with a smile, a hello, and mutual respect. The wellness center has a wonderful gym, land and water aerobics taylored toward a mature group. The bistro serves free soup. And you can order off their menu. Great parking, awesome staff.
Great place for older adults to get a good workout. The pool is very warm and is used for laps ,physical therapy, and other group activities. The gym has cybex exercise equipment. Views of the front range are spectacular from large west facing windows.
It's a great place to go. Individual dressing rooms with shower, stool & sink. Walk down a ramp into the pool or take the stairs. Water temp around 90 degrees. Has a lazy river.
The J. Leonard Levy Family Wellness Center is devoted to serving seniors' changing physical needs. This state-of-the-art facility features a warm water therapy pool, fitness equipment, exercise gym, salon, and bistro. Memberships are available to all seniors throughout the metro Denver area.

As a not-for-profit senior care facility, we provide skilled care to people 65-years of age and older who reside at the Shalom Park Nursing Home. Shalom Park is also home to the J. Leonard Levy Family Wellness Center, which offers inpatient and outpatient therapy.
