  Very nice mobile home community. They are working hard to improve the curb appeal and it shows. Hopefully they keep improving the community.

  It is a nice place! You cannot live anywhere in the metro area and park trailers or boats, so I don't understand the issue with parking. There are only 4 reasons you would ever be towed. The management sent out 4 notices before they even started towing! Foxridge is one of the only mobile home communities that allow street parking, however people still want to park on grass and block entry ways. Overall this is a very nice community. People that complain do not like to follow rules! Keep up the good work, the community is looking great!

  News flash to people on here you DON’T have to live here you choose to. If it were as bad as you say I’d move no questions asked even if it’s your trailer you can always sell it. Stupid people. It is a Nice place to live. They really trying to fix it up. The big hole in the street by the park finally got fixed. Not so much trash everywhere anymore. I just wish they would fix the lights by the entry.

  I have lived here just over 6 years and this is the 1st time any one has taken any type of steps towards improving the park. I like all of the changes. It is nice that they are not letting people do whatever they want anymore. The pool is actually enjoyable now.
