Hands down this is the best property manager in Aurora. I rented out my townhome that I recently sold. I first dealt with Amber who did a great job finding excellent tenants for my property. They passed all the criteria Property Alliance requires, and I never had them pay late or cause any damage to my property. Later on I worked with Scott Sharkey, and he went over and beyond to assist me when it came time to sell my town home. He was professional, caring, and interested in making sure the transaction went smooth. While I rented out my property I had a few maintenance issues. Scott always informed me ahead of time what would be required to fix the problem. He took care of the contractors who fixed any issues, and not once did I have to deal with anything or go out to the property. I can't say enough good things about Scott. You can't go wrong with Property Alliance. They are thorough, professional, and give great customer service. My tenants left my townhome spotless.

I have been a renter with property alliance and Scott the property manager always been a good property manager. If we need anything that the house need fixing he always responds to our request right away. If you need to rent your house or if you need to rent this company is top notch.

2016 satisfaction update after four years with Property Alliance:
We have two rental condos in Aurora, CO that we self-managed renting them until the last few years. We discovered it was time to hire professional rental property managers and engaged Property Alliance to handle all aspects of the process. Since selecting Property Alliance, we have been pleasantly rewarded; no stress, no worries, no loss in dedicated attention. We simply sit back and allow Property Alliance to handle the rental of our properties. Our agent, Scott Sharkey, takes care of all we would have done ourselves, tending the properties, acquiring renters and performing all property services that meet owner and renter expectations.
We frankly enjoy acquiring rental income at virtually little to no income loss, since we know our time has value and Property Alliance are professionals at capturing those incomes for us. Our experience has been that they anticipate our every business need and handle the necessary issues that create a long term rental management relationship.

We are extremely happy with Property Alliance. Scott has been so wonderful since the beginning. He answered all of our questions and made the rental process very smooth. Whenever we need maintenance he takes care of it right away and is always communicating with us. We have renewed our contract twice because we are that happy with the service they provide. Highly recommend them!

They do a great job! I did not have to worry about anything. They go in and check the property and see if anything is needed or needs repair. The communication is great as well as the follow up.

I will definitely use again and I highly recommend Property Alliance!
