  I have had severe neck issues involving my upper cervical vertebrae since the age of 24, (42 years ago), when I had a bicycling accident. It was initially necessary for me to get chiropractic treatment every week, and sometimes twice a week, just to function. My symptoms were severe occipital headaches, tightened jaw muscles, and vagus nerve involvement that caused heart racing, trouble regulating breathing and swallowing, and basically being stuck in sympathetic nervous system state!
  As the years went by I saw many, many different chiropractors and osteopaths! When I first saw you, I was still seeing someone for adjustments at least every other week, if not every week.
  After you did your traction technique on my upper cervical spine, the relief was amazing! My skull felt completely comfortable on top of my spine!
  I watched your video on self treatment, and have been doing it on myself each time I start to feel the headache or internal shakiness or racing start. It works like magic!

  Hello. I am a PTA that took Jerry's course a few years back in Iowa. I can not say enough nice things about the course and how it has helped so many of my patients! I wish everyone knew about the Hesch Method! Thank you Jerry for all the knowledge you have shared and continue to share, as you have made a huge difference in so many people's lives.

  Dr. Jerry helped fix my "windswept pelvis" and helped me with tailbone pain I was having. I so appreciate the patient education that Dr. Jerry provides--his goal is to teach people how to care for themselves, and most patients only see him 1-3 times. I saw him 3 times and feel so much better. His honesty and knowledge of the body are amazing.

  I came here as a last resort before completely giving up on myself. I've had hip problems, which have been progressively getting worse for 9 years. I've seen two physical therapists, an orthopaedic, two chiropractors, many massage therapists, and two osteopaths over the years, and while they all helped, it never went away. I have been in chronic pain for years. I knew my hip was rotated, and they could get my hip back into place, but it would keep slipping out.
  
  I neglected my PT and things got much worse. I eventually started giving my hip the attention and work it needed: after working to greatly improve my flexibility, I spent the last year hitting the gym to work out my abs and legs to help stabilize the hip joint (treatment every practitioner agreed upon), and despite a lot of improvement, I was still in pain almost every day. I was getting better, but very, very slowly, and i doubted I would ever be pain free. I could walk farther without pain, and the pain went away during the day, but would come roaring back at night, preventing me from sleeping without prescriptions.
  
  I finally made an appointment and saw Jerry this week. He evaluated me and told me the problem originated in my knee, not my hip. NO ONE had ever told me that, despite MRIs and X-rays, and Jerry could tell just by feeling the joints. He told me right away that he'd be able to help. Despite the fact that he came highly recommended by another therapist I'd seen and trusted for years, I didn't fully believe it. He made some corrections, which involved only about 15 minutes of very gentle manipulation (didn't feel like he was doing much). Before I even got off the table, I could feel a difference. By the next day, I could see so many positive changes that I just cried and cried. I never allowed myself to believe there was true hope for recovery. Even typing this, I have tears in my eyes.
  
  I read many testimonials on his site of people saying he did more in 1 session than years of therapy, but things that sound too good to be true usually are. I was certainly not expecting this much of a difference. It's only been a few days, but EVERYTHING has changed. My legs, when relaxed, look fairly even now, instead of being at their usual 10 & 4. I no longer have to drive with my L foot up on the seat. I've caught myself twice sitting with my legs crossed R over L, which I haven't done for years (only L over R was comfortable). I can walk much faster, and for longer. And the best part is, I have zero pain.
  
  Now, after my 2nd appointment, I have much "homework" to do (but it's easy stuff and mostly involves laying for 5 minutes with bits of foam strategically positioned under various joints). I have very little doubt I'll be able to keep this under control, which is so amazing to say, even I can hardly believe it.
  
  Jerry is truly a miracle worker. I am so grateful and so completely shocked that anyone could make a 9-year pain resolve so quickly. If you're as doubtful as I was but need the help, you owe it to yourself to see him just once to see if he can help you. I want to shout his name from the rooftops! I feel like I could have my life back, and I am so very grateful to Jerry and to the massage therapist who insisted for years that I give him a shot before I finally heeded the advice. I am leagues ahead of where I was just a week ago, and I cannot express my gratitude enough.

  I had an old ankle injury (10+ years) which I finally decided to deal with, and I didn't want surgery if it wasn't needed. I went to Jerry in the hopes that he could fix it. Rather than focusing on just the ankle, I got so much more. He examined my entire body and found so much that I have had problems with at one point or another. He worked on my joints and, for the ankles, I could feel the mobility coming back on the table.
  
  For every long-term problem, he gave me detailed instructions for exercises I could do to repair it. This is wonderful! For instance, I've been trying to correct my posture with mixed success, and Jerry discovered that my shoulder blades were raised up semi-permanently (my posture used to be very poor for years, and I could see that he was right). Rather than struggling to stand up straight and pull the shoulders down, now I have a targeted exercise to fix the underlying structure.
  
  The ankle unfortunately is probably a torn ligament, and there's only so much that can be done with that. However, Jerry gave me exercises to increase the ankle strength and heal it as well as possible with such a severe injury.
  
  I've just started doing the exercises and will update this review after doing them for a while.
  
  Overall, I highly recommend going to see Jerry if you have chronic pain that you suspect may be caused by injury or structural problems. He is extremely knowledgable and his years of experience show in his handling of each problem.
