Sales was great. First time in service with the vehicle i bought and was sadly disappointed. No communication between Service advisor and myself, no communication between service advisors. i called left message with another advisor, never got relayed. Wont be back. Im giving 5 stars to the sales dept. 1 star to service.
Great service. In and out. Had break pads replaced and a recall item. Had to leave it overnight so they gave me a free rental due to the recall replacement.
We worked closely with Chuck N. and he made the experience so easy for us. He told us everything we needed to know about the vehicle we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the differences between the different RAV4 packages that are offered. When it came time to buying the car he had sent us home with some of the paperwork we could do ahead of time so that the process went quickly and easily. I would highly recommend going through this dealership for their hard-work and willingness to help us get into a very good and reliable vehicle.
If I could give anyone 10 STARS, it would be Chuck Nunley. I’ve purchased several vehicles from him in the past, and I’ve been more than satisfied with our selections. More importantly, my wife is very happy, and she would like a new or certified Highlander. (Happy wife, happy life)
It’s always a good feeling to know there’s a individual willing to go the extra mile for myself and my family. I sincerely hope he’ll be back to work for Stevinson when things calm down in the nation.
My prayers are with all of the Stevinson employees and their families. I hope everyone is back to work as fast as possible.
