  I recently sold a house and decided to use some of the proceeds to purchase a condo in Aurora for my eldest daughter. She lives in OKC and I live on Oahu. It's not easy buying for someone else in a city you've never been to, but my younger daughter lives nearby and was willing to look at anything we thought would be appropriate. She met Pam Gromer of Redefy and they 'clicked'. Pam knew we were not planning to use a buyer's realtor, but said to give her a call if we needed help or advice.
  
  I finally found a place that seemed ideal. It had just come back on the market after a potential buyer was unable to get a loan. We tried to contact the seller's realtor for 2 days but got no response. Then we called Pam. She got right on it, found that they had multiple offers and were preparing for a bidding war.
  
  Pam suggested that we offer cash with a 10 day closing. I didn't even know it was possible to close in 10 days! Under Pam's guidance, we got through a whirlwind of paperwork and inspections, and closed on time. Pam even wrangled some last minute repairs and a cash concession for window replacement.
