(February 4, 2019, 9:28 am)We had a great experience with Quality First. The scheduler was personable and efficient and was able to dispatch someone to our home the same morning we called. Randy, the technician they sent out, did an awesome job. He was quick, efficient, and extremely conscientious about the work he did. We especially appreciated the fact that he left both sinks that he worked on and the areas around them very clean. Not always the case with plumbers! We would definitely use Quality First again and recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services!

I am so grateful he walked through everything with me in detail, and helped me see the issue and what my options were. Well done! I will be using Quality First Plumbing again because they made it so easy and seamless.

(January 28, 2019, 5:00 pm)Our company has used Quality First Plumbing and Heating for years. We have always been impressed with the quality, timeliness, and knowledge of the team. Today, we had a malfunctioning toilet. Ross V. came out to assess the situation. It was determined that the cause was tree root clog and damage. He was polite and thorough. He provided options and information in order for us to make educated decisions.
The following day, Josh C. came to our site to scope the drain. He was responsive and polite. He was able to determine that it was not necessary to have a costly excavation at this point. We appreciate the honest and professional feedback. -

Ross was very efficient and clean and did a very good job with my water leak. I would recommend this company to anyone who has related service needs. -Andrew

(January 2, 2019, 1:58 pm)We called couple plumbing places but Quality First were the first ones on site. We are contracted with another plumbing company but they weren't going to be available until 6PM (our office closes at 5PM). Our pipes froze which lead to no running water into our building. Ross V. was very courteous and respectful. He covered his shoes the minute he walked into our office. He explained the prices very well and went to work right away. After finding the source of the problem, he fixed it right away. Ross took the time to explain in details how to prevent it and how he fixed it. Not many plumbers take the time to educate a customer and he did just that. We highly recommend this company and Ross V.
