We are grateful to have Coach Austin, he's been amazing with our kids. My kids, specially my youngest, look forward to his workouts. You can tell Coach Austin really cares about his clients, he has put a training plan that will help my kids achieve their athletic goals. His workouts are fun and challenging, and my kids are satisfied after each workout. Thank you Coach Austin!!!

Austin Luigard of Gym Guys is the best. His knowledge of how the body works and strength training, nutrition, his attitude, words of encouragement, all combine to make working out a remarkable experience. I’ve been training with GYMGUYZ since August ‘21 and it’s been one of the best decisions/investments I’ve ever made. Coach Austin is the best! He helped me to build and maintain healthy habits.
