I had really great experience with Chase! I went in expected nothing less. Over the last ten years they have serviced my work vehicles, and two of my family vehicles. I appreciate that their inspections are extremely thorough. Staff and Tech's are knowledgeable and it helps to create a no pressure atmosphere when having repairs or service done. It's stressful when something is wrong with my cars and trucks. Chase has always been honest, fair, and up front with the repairs needed and the cost. They went above and beyond to help diagnose a tricky check engine light. I am so happy to know that this business is in my neighborhood!

I feel lucky to have found Chase Auto. I went in for an oil change and a general inspection on my little old ford ranger. I knew ol' Bessie needed more than just an oil change and I was fully expecting that it would take more than a day, but they completed the work in a day. Truly impressed with that and very impressed with the folks that work there. Great customer service (including the to and from home shuttle) and great workmanship. Ol' Bessie and I were well taken care of. Thank you Chase Automotive. I'll be back!!

From the first call to coming in I had a great experience. Everyone was kind, courteous and accommodating. Nice little waiting area with coffee and tea. It's the little things when the mechanic is the last place you need or want to be. I really appreciated my service experience and will likely come back for more repair even though I live about 30 mins away. Thank you for the wonderful service!
