BB Living Murphy Creek

I have been living here for 2 months now. And I can honestly say that despite initial issues that I do really enjoy the beauty and safety of my home. This is the kind of place that I can walk my dog outside at 2 am and not worry. With an on-site fire department and roaming security you honestly couldn't feel safer. The new maintenance man, Taylor, has also been exceptionally great at responding to back logged work orders in a timely manner. Really looking forward to seeing this place grow some more.

The staff at Murphy Creek is so helpful and reliable. I love that there are always events for residents to engage in and meet more neighbors. Ty in maintenance is awesome at handling any service requests. It's definitely improving with time and its all thanks to their hard work! Great community all around and access to shopping centers is close by!

The townhouses are new, spacious and really nice! The maintenace guys are great especially Chris! Once you put in an order they are quick to resolve any issues! Have had a few problems when we moved in but it was fixed quickly. The leasing office is quick to respond and follow up as well. Nice community for young families.

I've been living here for a year now. Everyone is super chill. No complaints. Peaceful place and maintenance is always available. Barbie moved me in but the new team has filled the shoes respectfully. Peace!!

Chris is amazing! He comes fast and make sure that things are always fixed and follows up with you. He is always so kind and sweet. He gets the job done and quick. He actually cares about the residents and the community. He's always got a smile on his face and is a great addition to the community.

Barbie is literally the only reason why we moved in. We had to deal with a lot of bs and she took care of things and make sure to keep us updated. She MADE this community! She was the sweetest and a BOSS made sure that things that needed to get done got done and if not, she would make sure to let us know. She cared about the residents and the community so much and it showed. If it was not for her we would not have moved in. She actually cares and fought for the residents and what we needed.
