Elevations Home Repair

I booked Dan for a chimney cleaning, thinking our old house would certainly need one. He examined it and told us it wasn't necessary. He was kind and professional and took the time to inspect it and explain to us all about our 100yr+ chimney. We've been in our house for 10yrs and never even used it because we were afraid to know what was up there. But I'm so excited to know we can now safely use our chimney, especially now that we're home all the time!

I called Elevations with a problem with our gas fireplace. Daniel spent a good amount of time over the phone with me walking me through the steps to diagnose the problem, so he didn't even have to come out, and TOLD ME HOW TO FIX IT MYSELF! I was blown away that a great company would do something like that without even coming out to the house and charging a trip fee. I was so impressed with the knowledge and expertise he showed, and would recommend Elevations to ANYONE needing help with their home. What a neat company!
