When it comes to customer service and putting the customer first, look no further than Big O Tires off Smoky Hill Road near Southlands Mall in Aurora. Chris, Steve, and their entire staff are committed to providing peace-of-mind for their customers and they deserve to be recognized. (October 8, 2018, 11:04 am)Although set up appointment time, I came in early and was seen right away by Chris. Even tho the diagnostics showed my battery was good, based on Colorado AAA and a low battery warning, I went ahead and replaced the battery, got new tires and an oil change so I now feel I’m ready for my new experience with Colorado weather. Although cost more than I thought, the service was excellent!!

(August 24, 2018, 1:17 pm)Today I am at Big O to have my 4WD serviced. I have been a customer here, September will be 10 years. I trust Tim and the team here. Many times Tim has told me something did NOT need to be done. Saving me 100s if not 1000s of dollars. I highly recommend this Big O to everyone in need of service. Trust is not easy for me. But as I said I trust Tim and the Big O team.
I have been using this Big O Tire store for ALL my repairs and service on my Suburban and my Saturn for 5 years. The service and repairs are done in a timely fashion. The staff are all very friendly, respectful, and honest. I will continue to be a happy customer. Highly recommended. Shawn is always so helpful in explaining what needs to be repaired in lay terms. I have a disabled son. Shawn is always very patient and kind with my son. Shawn is an awesome young man. -
