  Excellent customer service, but not in the typical fashion. I purchased my tires and made my appointment on line. When I arrived, the store employee had my paperwork on the counter, ready for me to sign. He gave me an estimate on how long it would take and that was it. I was literally in the store for 30 seconds.
  
  Similar experience when I went to pick my vehicle up after they called to say it was ready. I walked in, he said, "sign here", handed me the keys and my receipt, and that was it. Not much of a conversationalist, but I was in and out. No fluff, no frills, but I was there to buy tires, not make friends. Very efficient, great value for my tires and my time.

  Ken F. is an Honest technician, and really knows cars!!! It's refreshing to know you are not getting taken advantage of when getting your vehicle repaired here! Decent prices!

  I can say a million great things about D &D! I have used their services for over 10 years for all my vehicle needs. They are people of integrity and optimal customer service. I highly recommend them.
