  Surprised by all the negative reviews. We’ve had nothing but a great experience here from working with Dr Tyler and now Dr Gavigan for our son.
  
  The Doctors are amazing. The staff is helpful and cordial. A few times I’ve thought some of the staff was rude but the more I’ve gone in, thr less i thought that as I think it’s just their personality. More direct and sarcastic. Overall super happy with our care and most staff has always been pretty sweet.
  
  If I had a suggestion to make: I wish they did shots different for out littles instead of pinning them down, but I understand that’s protocol.

  I have had the best experience with Southland's Primary Care. Unlike other reviews, the staff has always been nothing but friendly and helpful. I always feel welcome and they are very engaging with my son. My son sees Dr. Gavigan who is amazing!! She is reasonable, practical, friendly, and truly seems to care. I have the option to switch to Kaiser Insurance for a much lower rate through my employer but I won't do it because of Dr. Gavigan.
