  This is an awesome place to work. The management team have really come together and are working great. From Assisted Living to Independent. The Executive Director & AL Director are both, easy to approach with any and all situations and follow through to make sure each situation is resolved, with all parties feeling satisfied.
  The buildings themselves are kept up by awesome housekeeping and maintenance crews.
  They have an awesome dining crew with food to match. If there isn't something you are familiar with, you can always ask the servers, cooks, dining room supervisor, and even the dining director. They have an all day dining program, so you are able to go into the dining area, throughout the day, and grab something to eat.
  The activities staff are always full of energy and always try new things for the residents. From knitting groups, cards, outings. The social groups "parties" are extremely enjoyable, they make sure to include everyone. They make it a point to get both Independent and Assisted residents together, and share the fun filled atmosphere.
  In most buildings I've been in, the marketing team you'll just see getting the people and that's it. Not here. The marketing team here are always helping out where they can. They not only get the residents in, they make it a point to make sure they feel welcomed and at home. Starting off with their gift baskets and having their resident ambassador check on the new move-ins.
  Overall, just a great facility, ran by an awesome team.

  I have enjoyed my time working at Garden Plaza. Everyone is great to work with. The residents are fun to be around. I enjoy going into work to hear great stories. The manager will always stop what she is doing if you need to talk about anything. She is always there for the residents and helps solve any issues they may have with a big smile on her face. Everyone shows how much they care. I really enjoy my job and feel blessed that I have such a beautiful place to call home for work.
