  I am HIGHLY impressed with Kelly S. She was not only professional and kind, but she went ABOVE and BEYOND what I had needed after the experience I had with the Littleton office. I cannot find enough words to explain how awesome Kelly S is! Thank you Kelly!

  This was the most pleasant experience I have had at the S.S.A office. The employees were friendly and efficient. Like other reviews stated, plan ahead and make sure you have all of your paperwork ready and the process will go smoothly for you.

  I've been to this location 2x for different reasons. Your experience will be different depending on what your going in for, you'll either get lucky and get in and get out or you'll get stuck waiting for 4-5 hours. They stop taking walk ins at 3:20pm ish and after that it's by appointment only.
  
  Reason #1- I lost my Social Security Card and needed to get a new one, but had to leave and go back because I kept forgetting the paperwork I needed to get it because they don't tell you what paperwork you need until you get there and you realize, ahh i forgot that piece of mail as my proof of address and realizing that your birth certificate doesn't count as a 2nd form of ID, but a piece of mail will be better! its understandable though. I got there the first time around noon and was there until they closed at 4pm.
  
  Reason #2- Applying for disability, I got in there and it was packed with people on the inside sitting in chairs, a lot of people were standing up against the wall, even people standing outside in the lobby where the stairs are and an area that leads to the bathroom is. They also have an elevator so its definitely friendly to the people who hurt and don't want to walk up to flights of stairs lol Anyways though since I was applying for disability there were not that many people so I took a number and found out my number was gonna be called in 2 numbers! I went in there prepared for a four hour sit down, I expected to make some new friends lol luckily I came prepared with everything I needed to finish out my disability application, which is proof of injury, photos, x-rays, MRI's, even written proof such as; proof of surgeries, letters and emails from doctors, and a signed record of my total earnings throughout my life. Just so you know what to expect if you were to go in for something like this, but I was in and out of this place in an hour and a half. I arrived there at 2pm and left at 3:30-ish. The woman who helped me was efficient, very kind, and very appreciative of me being so prepared (I keep really good documents), she was able to assist me with everything I needed, copied every document photo I gave her. Then gave me a big copy of what she made copies of as kind of a reciept. Then recommended that they just request the x-rays and MRI's and stuff to be sent to them so they don't have to take my original copies.
  
  Something else to point out is they have an area with security guards to answer questions as well as, I assume "keep the peace" in the area, it can get kind of tense sometimes especially if you see someone who just walked in get called before you. I also like how when you walk in, to get your number there are computers in the front to fill out your own personal information so they already know its you when you get up and have your number called. Sometimes they will even call out your name if your not responding to your number being called. Which is kind of nice. There is also a TV that is up in front of everyone that lets everyone know what numbers are being served and it also lets everyone know what documents to make sure they have with them, depending on what they are there for. They also sometimes will call out certain people who are there for a specific reason to be helped regardless of the number (You can decide whether thats a good thing or not lol). Parking can be a bit confusing but know all area in front of the reserved signs is fair game!
  
  The only reason i'm giving this place a 4 out of 5 stars is because this is the closest social security office to Brighton, and I have to drive at least 45 minutes to get there and back, and no matter what the traffic is horrible lol I feel like i'm going on a days journey on horseback to fetch some money assistance because i'm disabled. Just kidding but it truly is a days journey for someone like me. When your in pain, doing everything is 10x harder. So it just sucks that this place is so far away, they are also constantly doing road work no matter what route you take lol fair warning at least for 2017.
