Last night on Oct 18, 2021, I order food through DoorDash and the order got messed up. Tony at Jersey Mike’s went beyond the call of duty to ensure that my order was corrected and went out of his way to ensure the fulfillment of my order! It is people like him that should be rewarded for his efforts to correcting a problem with my order and making my night! Thank you Tony for your integrity and willingness to get the job done!!! The world needs more like you!

I just left here and had to write a review. There seemed to be two new people and about 5 others (one may be the manager?) and it was really nice to see the entire team helping each other. They all seemed very, very patient while training, and the customer service was superb. I will for sure make a point to come back here. I tried to leave a good tip for them because I myself am in customer service, and I know how hard it is to keep the ship going while training. Again, the patience and teamwork that was being shown was amazing. Kudos to these workers. Their manager/boss should be proud. They are a good group!

Very well ran and clean shop, I was very impressed by the quality of food produced by this restaurant. During my visit, I met the manager, Paola, and she is doing a fantastic job running her team. I would also like to recognize the young man named Amari who helped me on my visit. He was extremely attentive and kind throughout my time in the shop. Will definitely be returning!

Jersey mike's is always really really good. Great quality, great service. This location is really good about getting the line down quickly. However due to the speed of service today my takeout order was incorrect and I had to go back on the clock (since I was at work) and wait for them to make my sandwich correctly. However they were super sincere and friendly and offered Me a drink while I waited. This jersey mike's is quick, efficient and they correct their mistakes. Highly recommend.
