  I WAS SEARCHING FOR A REALTOR TO SELL MY HOME. I PUT MY PHONE NUMBER OUT ON A SEARCH AND I HAD JUST HUNG UP AND THE PHONE RANG IN MY HAND. IT WAS DARLENE TATLOW . WE HIT IT OFF IMMEDIATELY. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPERIENCED IN THE REALTY FIELD. I HAD MY IDEAS AS TO HOW MUCH I WANTED TO SELL HOME FOR. DARLENE TALKED ME INTO PUTTING IT ON THE MARKET FOR 40,000 MORE THAN WHAT I WANTED. I WAS IN A HURRY TO SELL, AND SHE SAID "JUST TRUST ME". I DID, AND I MADE 40,000 MORE THAN I THOUGHT I WOULD! FAST FORWARD FIVE YEARS, AND I DECIDED TO BUY ANOTHER HOME. I DIDN'T EVEN CONSIDER ANYONE ELSE BUT DARLENE. ALTHOUGH I HADN'T SEEN HER FOR FIVE YEARS, IT WAS LIKE SEEING AN OLD FRIEND. SHE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE, SHE LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED, AND THE FIRST TIME WE WENT OUT TO LOOK AT HOMES, I FOUND MY HOUSE. SHE TAKES THE TIME TO LISTEN TO WHAT I WANTED, AND NEEDED. I DID CONSIDER ANOTHER HOME, AND SHE TOLD ME "YOU DON'T WANT TO BUY A HOME IN THAT NEIGHBORHOOD. TRUST ME" I HEARD THAT BEFORE AND IT WAS IN MY BEST INTEREST THAN AND NOW. I ENDED UP IN A FANTASTIC NEIGHBORHOOD, AND I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY HOME. DARLENE IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

  We made the right choice in selecting Darlene Tatlow to assist us in the purchase of our new home in Colorado.
