Groove Mazda

I was assisted by Jeff Tate at Groove Mazda and had a great experience He first helped me a few months even before I purchased my car when I was just looking and had no intent to buy, and then when I came back I made sure to ask for him and am so glad I did. He gave me a great deal, a lot of really helpful information, and overall left me feeling really excited about my new (certified pre-owned) car! I believe this guy cares about your car buying experience, and if you're in the market for a Mazda, you should ask for him.

Sam is amazing!! Very friendly and knowledgeable, would highly recommend asking for him if you need a new car or just information. Handled most of my transaction over text, phone and email. Spent about an hour in the dealership. He’s a great trainer for your new car. As mine had ALOT of bells and whistles. Thanks Sam!!

Overall I would recommend this place. Started off a little rocky online and over the phone but once I went to the dealership and met with Eric he was awesome and understanding. I shared my story with him and was empathetic. When I went to go test drive the vehicle he shared my story with the owner Ali. When I returned Ali came out I'm personally apologized to me for what I have experienced. He made sure to make it right. George the GM was awesome with the financing and got me what I needed! Extremely helpful all 3 of them! If you go in ask for them!

3rd car purchase was just as amazing as the first!
I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Groove Ford on Arapahoe and could not be happier. I just seem to keep ending up back on the Groove lot because Groove has been great to work with on more than one occasion and they can get the job done without hassle!
I worked with Mason who is a breath of fresh air and not your typical car salesman at all. Mason is a fun, straight forward, no BS kind of sales person and helped me get into a very nice used 2017 BMW with no pressure or hassles. His in depth knowledge of multiple manufacturers and personal ownership experience with BMW helped me narrow down the vehicles I was interested in and helped me feel comfortable with purchasing a vehicle from a manufacturer that I've never had experience with. He gave me pros and cons to the vehicles I was considering and was upfront and honest. He made the process very relaxed and enjoyable and I highly recommend him and the Groove dealerships!
I'll see you guys when I'm ready to upgrade again and we will go for vehicle number 4!
