As everyone knows, when it comes time to replace a roof, a happy and success experience can be rare. Often times, I hear about roofing companies who follow hail storms and are here today and gone tomorrow.

I am happy to report than New Era Roofing is a special company grounded in Denver, CO. They work very hard toward the objective of leaving a customer happy and satisfied. I am one of those customers. But, I also noticed that New Era’s employees are also happy people, because it is a well managed company. I understand they even have company softball games on weekends. Bottom line, because it is such a well managed company who actually cares about the satisfaction of their customers, it took all of the stress out of a major home repair project. I highly recommend New Era if you need a roof repair or replacement. I can only speak about the character of the team of employees that I worked with ( Chris, Jonathan and Hugo ), who were very pleasant, professional and proficient. Jorge, Hugo and Chris were very helpful and professional in answering our questions in getting our roof repaired. Our roof was repaired in one day and clean up was thorough. I would highly recommend New Era Roofing for those who are in need of a new roof and/or repair.

Chris helped me with my insurance claim. I had been denied by state farm three times. Chris was able to get the roof approved and replaced it with much better system. I am overall pleased with everyone at new era roofing. Will continue to use them for future projects.
