Sheldon went out of his way to ensure that our printer was up and running the same day, despite the part not being available. He even noticed that the quality of our prints could be improved and promised to come back tomorrow to troubleshoot. Great customer service!

Called in for tech service Xerox was jammed and WOW quick response Sheldon Straber was here in our building within the hour. He was in the building for at least 15-20 minutes and Xerox was ready to go. Now that was quick and impressive service. Thank YOU Sheldon!
