  I have been a client of Dr. Kelly for over four years and experienced even better health results when starting the MAT treatments with Pat. As a nurse, I have tried multiple medical treatments, alternative medical treatments, chiropractors and feel at ABD the combined activator technique with MAT has given me better pain relief, muscle strength and overall resilience. Two years ago I had the diagnostic blood testing and found out I needed to change my lifestyle immediately or I would be facing the diagnosis of diabetes. Nutrition supplements specific to what my body needed were prescribed by Dr. Kelly and I was supported for my changed diet with a new way to shop for food, easy recipes to follow, protein drinks and snacks to keep me on track. Within one year I was back on track with a changed diet combined with nutrition supplements and exercise giving me more energy with no major illnesses. I lost 15 pounds that has stayed off due to the continued encouragement and support of ABD staff. I feel a part of the family with their words of encouragement and support with every visit. Dr. Kelly has been available answering my questions on the website with great health education in the blogs. Following an injury with a concussion the activator technique, MAT and change in nutrition supplements gave me a faster recovery and return to doing activities I love. I will be getting my next blood test soon to check on my progress on this journey of healthy living feeling a true partnership with the staff of Advanced Body Dynamics. Ali RN

  I do not know where I would be without ABD! I came to them almost 11 years ago after surviving a horrific accident that was supposed to paralyze me. I wasn't able to stand up straight when I first visited them in 2008, and was still using a walker at 29 years old. Through MAT, Chiro, and them suggesting I have my blood work done, plus now going through a heavy metal detox, I feel confident in my journey to wellness with this amazing team!! I have some work to do to get on the right track, but after losing my sister to cancer at the age of 29, nine years ago, I encourage anyone concerned about their health to seek out their advice and expertise to guide them in the right direction. I am so blessed to have this incredible group on my side!

  I started going to Advanced Body Dynamics years ago when I got an injury playing volleyball and I’ve never looked back since. Everyone is very personable and knowledgeable. Whether I’m in for a simple tune up or to get some help healing from an injury, my body feels so much better and healthier afterwards.
