They know me by name and treat me as if I am the only customer that goes to that store even when the store is packed with people needing assistance. Give them a try, I think you will love them too.

Had some issues with my machine and Patrick was so patient, service was and still is great and you continue to get top notch customer service after you purchase from them. Can’t say enough about the Babylock product either, have three machines!

(April 18, 2016, 9:22 pm)I went in wanting to know about an embroidery machine as I am new to this. I tried rocky Mountain sewing first but Randie was very rude to me and my two girls. Here they were very nice! They showed me how the machine worked and they were very kind to my girls and gave them grapes to snack on while I was learning about the machine. They will always have my business now.
