  Went in to this Urgent Care yesterday so sick from the flu. They got me in right away, and was able to determine the real cause of being so sick which was pneumonia. Gina was extremely sweet, and so caring. I will never go another Urgent Care Centennial/Aurora! Thank you guys for making me feel like a human being not a number!

  Had a sick kid and was worried about strep. Did the check in and paperwork quickly and was seen in a timely fashion. All in all a clean place with friendly staff. Only issue was a more urgent care need apparently bumped us down the list and the quick strep test left us waiting 30+ minutes to check out. While I get that happens, it would have been nice to be told we would need to wait a bit longer than the few minutes we were told.

  This was my first experience at Rocky Mountain Urgent Care & Family Practice. I was pleasantly surprised with this facility since reading some mixed reviews. I thought the care was fantastic. The facility is well maintained and clean. The wait time was not that long. The receptionist and nurses assistant were very professional and helpful. The reason I went was due to having an issue with my hearing. I also needed a primary care doctor since I’m new to the state. I was very happy with Lisa Hawkins Nurse Practitioner and the care she gave me. To my surprise, she discovered I had an object in my ear affixed to my eardrum and Lisa was able to rinse my ear out and loosen it up in order to remove it from my ear with no pain. I also got my annual flu shot and talked about my well woman exam coming up. I was more than happy with Lisa. She is a wonderful, caring and professional Nurse Practitioner. My overall experience was great!

  Kori is always so nice and helpful. Dino is great and funny. And Lisa Hawkins is the most caring, loving and dedicated provider I have ever had. Thanks for being an overall great team!

  Was trying to find a Dr closer to home and lucky enough to see Lisa Hawkins, FNP. She is AWESOME!!! All 3 of us got to see her for our 6 month RX & health checkups. She was very thorough in her exams and her bedside manner was so comforting. The entire staff from front desk when we walked in, to check in nursing staff and our appointment physician at Rocky Mountain Urgent and Family Practice was GREAT! All friendly, very professional and kind. Office was very clean and we didn’t have to wait. All 3 of our appointments were on time and we never felt rushed or like we were just another number needing to be padded through the office. Would highly recommend this office. Thanks for a GREAT experience and we will see you all again in 6 months.
