I was very skeptical about the car buying process after I had an uncomfortable time with a dealer buying my last car. Working with a brokerage was the BEST decision! Not only was Randy Weber a gem to work with, but he was very intuitive and patient with my long wish list of required specs. As my understanding and preferences changed, he was quick to get details and information I needed. Then, once the process started, it was a breeze! Not being stuck at a dealership while the majority of the process took place was a huge benefit, and the fact that Randy made me feel respected making a large life purchase without my husband present (unlike the dealership experience I’ve had) was chef’s kiss to the entire process. Highly recommend!

We recently worked with Brian Ege for our Jeep Rubicon. I don’t think we will ever work with a dealership again. The process felt much less “pressure” and was far more personal, smooth, and honest than our past experiences. Brian was really easy to work with and a genuinely nice guy.
We traded in a Honda CRV that was basically new, but we didn’t love it, and Brian showed us all our options and was very clear and up front with our options.

I told him my criteria for a vehicle, we did a test drive, everything looked great, and then at at the 11th hour there was a slight yet urgent change of plans, and Jesse was able to accommodate us with a beautiful new Honda CRV. I had never gone to a car broker before and I will never go back to a dealership again!!! Steve Nyls at H.M. Brown was extremely helpful and took great care of me. I found myself in a really negative situation after my Genesis had some issues that left me feeling less than confident about the car or any help I was going to receive from the Hyundai/Genesis dealership. Steve spent a significant amount of time helping me locate the perfect vehicle to help me out of that situation without completely blowing my budget. Service was 10/10, I will definitely be going back to Steve when it is time for a new car and I would definitely recommend giving him a call for buying, leasing, or refinancing. I felt zero pressure and he was very helpful, accommodating and understanding with regards to my situation and budget. Steve's extensive knowledge with leasing and the car buying process was very helpful in my particular situation and I am not sure I would have been able to get into another vehicle that I was happy with without him.
