  We appreciate all that was arranged through you. It helped a lot for us to already have our burial insurance. In January when you had a Remembrance Celebration it would have been very great if you actually let us know in advance that you were going to be showing loved ones from earlier in the year of 2018. I have to assume that my husband was in that set of pictures. However, I DID stay until the whole presentation was done as I had really wanted to see him up there. By the way he died on Sunday, April 15, 2018.

  My concerns and uncertainty were very quickly resolved with the gentle, professional approach by every member of the staff encountered. Questions were addressed quickly; options were presented, discussed and decisions made without pressure. Throughout the entire process, there was a sense that the staff was ready to take as long as necessary to be sure all questions were answered, all concerns addressed and all plans completed. We are grateful for the focused attention provided which gave my family reassurance and peace during this period of turmoil.

  Nick was so kind and thoughtful. While my mother’s passing was anticipated learning of my brother passing 2 years earlier was a shock. Nick did some research and found a link to send me from a partner firm that shared photos of my brother’s life. This definitely brightened my day. Thank you.

  Olinger, and in particular Maren Erikson, were amazing in their help with my Mother's memorial service. They took care of more details than I could think of, and in particular compared to my experience with my daughter's memorial a year earlier, the entire experience was meaningfully easier. They recommended a wonderful pianist, guided me through details, printed lovely programs customized to my requests, organized photo slide shows and so much more! I recommend them without hesitation.

  Nick, our funeral director, cared for our family during the most difficult time of our lives.
  Our son passed away unexpectedly and the trauma is immeasurable and we needed the caring and compassion we received.
  We were also fortunate to have Lin, celebrant, embrace our family and friends with her sincere sharing she provided during the celebration of life ceremony.
  Nick made a difficult time less painful for us and we’ll be forever grateful.
  Lin presented skillfully with caring and compassion, which touched all that were present.
