  We moved my mom and dad into Orchard Park in June of 2018, nearly six months ago after a lengthy search in the Denver area trying to find the best possible facility to meet the needs my elderly parents. I am a health care professional and have had extensive direct patient contact while working in multiple facilities in the Denver area, both in the ALF and SNF settings. Along with my daughter who is an RN and who took a week off to help with the search, we chose Orchard Park. I purposely waited 6 months to write this review and can honestly now tell you we couldn't be happier with our decision.
  
  My mom and dad have adjusted very well to their new home. The only complaint from my parents had to do with the call buttons not working properly and by the time I addressed this with the nursing staff the call button system had already been replaced and I've had no further complaints from my dad. On two different occasions the nursing staff caught significant health care issues with my dad almost before the symptoms were evident and both were resolved with proper medication. Every time there has been even a minor medical issue I have received a call informing me of the issue and I have been kept in the loop regarding
  the remedy. I recently had an issue with their bill and after contacting the business office it was resolved within hours.
  
  They regularly receive physical and occupational therapy, attend group activities, receive help with feeding as needed, attend worship services. We visit them often and rarely find them in their room as they are out and about and in the facility. It's just been awesome from our perspective and after caring for them for the last 5 years we are so pleased with the love and care they are receiving.
  
  I would like to mention Holly in admissions, RNs Pam and Karen and Elouise on my parents unit, but the entire Orchard Park team has been great.

  Orchard Park has been a five-star hotel experience -- like a Sheraton-Hilton! I have been treated like a princess and had individualized occupational therapy and physical therapy programs.

  My husband was a rehab patient here for 4 days in November 2018. He had a complicated Wound Vac and iv antibiotics. We are from Southern Colorado and I was allowed to stay in his room using my own air mattress. The section we were in was very nice. We did a lot of hall walking and found other sections to be the same. The staff was tremendous. From Nursing to OT and PT. Every staff member was friendly and knowledgeable . Offered us good advice.

  My mother was admitted here from the hospital. I have been working with the staff on her coverage and they have been extremely helpful, caring, and responsive. They stated that her health and safety came before financial concerns and they would work with me to make sure she had the care she needed! I made a late night visit and was pleased to see the medical staff helping the patients get together as a group and socialize instead of leaving them in their rooms! She loves the food, the place is clean, and everyone is focused on the patient. GREAT PLACE TO SEND YOUR LOVED ONES!!!!

  My mother Cindy Williams was admitted here 6 weeks ago to learn how to walk again and regain her muscle strength in her arms. The staff here have gone above and beyond to make my mom feel comfortable. Physical and occupational therapy helped her walk again only after 6 weeks. I appreciate the staff here and all they have done for my mom. She will have her outpatient rehab here and they even went out of there way to assist with transportation knowing that we are not within the 10 mile radius. Thank you so much Orchard Park Rehab.
