Thanks for all you guys do! if it weren't for you guys working there, our office would have to find another medical supply company to work with!

(December 17, 2018, 5:55 pm)I was scared due to all the reviews I read, and it admittedly tainted my experience. I was expecting the worst. However, Apria (contracted through Kaiser) called promptly following their receipt of the order for an O2 machine with a humidifier attached for evening use only. An Apria employee delivered the machine shortly after. (They initially had my name spelled wrong, and then the delivery person wrote both my name and address wrong. He said it was a "new" machine, but later said it had some 900 hours on it, so it wasn't new.) I realized after he left that there was no humidifier attached to the device, and the service person had not mentioned it. When I called this morning, they said that it was an attachment that was being sent by Fed-Ex. So all is well. There are some communication snags and it seems like the workers have to dig through their system to find answers, but it all went well. At every juncture, they did ask if there was anything else they could help me with.
I'm updating this. Apria read my review today and immediately called to see what they could do. Now that's good customer service. I'm actually impressed. Few companies actually do that!
