  Nothing but great things to say about this gym. Everyone is very friendly, you do not at all feel uncomfortable like some other gyms can make you feel. Very professional, and clean. I train with Shaun Spiers who is always prompt, provides great workout sessions, encourages me to push myself further than I think I can within the moment. I’m very happy with the gym and my trainer!

  Wonderful facility love the amount of flexibility they offer with the 24hr open and all their amenities offered. All staff member and trainers are friendly and supportive. I personally have a personal trainer Miguel and he is super flexible and he pushes me to be a better version of myself physically and mentally ! I really enjoy coming to this facility I come out happier than I go in.

  Love this place! The owner, the trainers and everyone who uses this gym are super amazing. I personally work out with Rolo (@reign_fitness_performance on IG). I’ve been training with Rolo for well over a year now and am so thankful for the support and motivation I get every day. I started working out to feel better and work on my mental health and I leave everyday feeling strong and invigorated. The progress is obvious when I see myself everyday and when I get crazy shoutouts from people around me.
  
  The best thing about working out with Rolo and everyone else at this gym is that they take fitness and goals seriously but they don’t take themselves to seriously. Not only do you get support and motivation but there’s a lot of jokes and laughs along with it. Can’t say enough good things.
  
  Welcoming environment. Lots of equipment and they are upgrading everyday. Definitely check them out!

  Kendrick is an amazing personal trainer there. Everyone is so friendly and inviting when you come in either for a morning or afternoon workout! Best of the best!
