I work in Boulder and go to Sunrise Vision Care in Boulder as well. Sunrise does not have the capability to perform Bladeless Lasik Surgery in their offices in Boulder, but recommended me to Spivack Vision Center for my pre-consult. After I was given the green light for the surgery, I set up an appointment with Dr. Wang, who was recommended to me by my optometrist in Boulder, Dr. Potter.
Spivack was incredibly professional. All eye doctors and staff that assisted / consulted were very pleasant and informed me of what to expect as the surgery day neared. Dr. Wang was an amazing surgeon and described every step of the process to me as it was happening. It only took 15 minutes for the surgery and when they tell you that the more you can keep your eyes closed the first day the better the results, they are not kidding. I've been tested at Sunrise Vision Care for all of my follow up visits and I am seeing better than perfect at 20/15.
If your eye doctor does not do Lasik Surgeries, you can go to Spivack, and then do all follow up visits with your regular eye doctor. The money spent for the surgery was money well-spent and I could not be happier with the results.
