  Val is our rep over at Roper and I have to say she is simply fantastic. She responds to questions and requests very quickly and has helped our organization through all of the ever changing legislation around Covid.   Great service, knowledgeable and caring staff! We recently started offering benefits to our employees at Kat Works. Jody took the time to walk us through the process, explaining every step along the way. She gave us many choices and helped us narrow them down to a good fit for our needs. Jody has been quick to respond to questions and very helpful to ensure everything was set up properly on our end. Out of all the agents we interviewed, Jody was by far the best prepared. She had printed employee booklets and even held an employee meeting going over all the benefits with the group and then taking the time to talk to each employee individually and help them chose wisely.
  I would definitely recommend Roper Insurance!

  We have used Roper Insurance for our company benefits for the past 4 years. Leslie is beyond helpful when it comes to any issues being addressed. She is knowledgeable about the different products they offer and she is personable. We love working with Roper Insurance.

Leslie has taken the time to even sit with our employees and conduct multiple meetings where she describes the options and highlights of each plan. She has even helped each individual employee sign up for benefits on the portal. Leslie will go above and beyond to help your business!
