Arapahoe Lake Park

Absolutely beautiful place to chill out and just relax. I like to go here to contemplate philosophy.

Love walking my dog here!! Passing by the lake is always a little adventure since the birds are always up to something. I never have the chance to sit there; but, there’s a couple of benches and a nice secret scenic sitting area by one of the waterfalls where couples usually sit, or people just meditating or relaxing. This is more of a little neighborhood park, so not very busy. I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit; but, if you live in one of the local connecting neighborhoods and want to take a walk, the lake is relaxing and scenic. Just be sure to clean up after your dog!! ...there are doggy bags in a couple of places throughout the greenbelt.

Relaxing pond in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of the business district of DTC and Arapahoe Rd. Ducks were about and feeding on the moss rocks . Found a shady spot to relax by after skating

Dead fish on shore the kids explored. Lots of pollen in water. Fun time.
