When walking into Christie’s space you’ll first walk through a beautiful Pilates studio (Functional Strength Pilates) where you’ll be welcomed kindly by the staff. I took my shoes off at the door to not track salt through. Then I proceeded to walk to the back right of the space to be welcomed by Christie. She welcomed me into her space. The room instantly calms you with the wonderful aromas and warm temperature. Christie walked me through a Hair Scan to identify genetic deficiencies as well as sensitivities to change in my diet. While that was occurring we also tested my heart rate variability. I learned so much during this time about how my body wasn’t adapting the way it should. She offered simple solutions that she had on hand to help begin this process of change. We also set up a 90 day optimized wellness plan to ensure a level of accountability. Which I completely need when it comes to my health. I highly recommend sitting down and listening to how Christie can help track down the why behind some of your health concerns.
My husband and I have been seeing Christie for a few years now. She has helped us with everything from the common cold, to food sensitivities, to stress management, to headaches, to detoxing. One of the things I love about Christie is how she educates you along the way which makes the journey to better health so much easier and motivates you to stay on track with your wellness plan.
