  I was very impressed with the customer service at this location. I thought all the details were discussed and explained, and no pushy sales pitches! I liked that they had a doctor on staff to ensure that no side effects go without treatment. I felt the procedure ( free small area promo with the consultation promised by the customer rep) wasn't too painful, however i can't say it was pleasant. I am curious too see the results and dealing with a bit of uncomfortable sensation due to the laser administration. The singed hair is getting caught in fabric and is getting snagged as i move. I also catch myself avoiding any touches to that area. I think if i decide to go with the laser i would do it in this location!

  Love the staff and the services.
  
  Came in for a consultation and ended up purchasing a laser hair removal package.
  
  I have been to 6 treatments so far. I am experiencing about 60% hair loss. I am loving not having to shave! Best thing is that if I have any hair regrowth, I can get it treated FOR LIFE!
  
  The pain is similar to a tattoo. It’s not horrible and definitely worth it for a few treatments and life time of no shaving.
  
  The staff is always kind, fun, and respectful of my needs. Especially, Terri at the front desk and one of my nurses, Hailey. I am also a heavy set woman, so getting treatment on my body is a little uncomfortable. Not one nurse has made me feel bad or uncomfortable here. They are always AMAZING!! I have loved everyone I have come into contact with at this office.
  
  I have referred more than 20 people to them and will continue to tell people about how awesome this office is.

  After switching from another location in Philadelphia, I was surprisingly please with how friendly, attentive, and thorough the nurse was at the Centennial spot. She took her time, kept making sure I was okay and did a wonderful, very thorough job. Plus the ladies at the reception desk were helpful, funny and so kind. Even though ideal image is everywhere and can be a hit or miss, these ladies set a standard of what this business should be like. Thank you so much for everything!

  I can't rave enough about Stacey. She totally rocks Ideal Image!
  
  When I was looking into Laser Hair Removal I was reluctant to sign a contract with Ideal Image. They had a great promotion at the time but I all I could see was a big box company. I was even concerned when I called to make an appointment for a consultation as I felt I was calling into a call center. The process was scripted and fake. But - I wanted the treatment so I figured I'd give the consultation a chance.
  
  So happy I met Stacey. Although she is clearly dedicated to promoting Ideal Image, she is personable, caring, and very knowledgeable with the client. She has a warm, caring, customer service about her. I don't know how to describe it, but during each of my visits, I found that her presence and personality resonated to the other staff members.
  
  I would not hesitate to recommend Stacey at the East County Line Road location!

  Wow, wow, wow!!! I have never felt so welcome and taken care of! Suzie and Haley were so knowledgeable and kind. I had a negative experience at the Westminster location and they totally redeemed Ideal Image for me! Suzie was great at explaining all of the options and her goal was genuinely to make sure I was happy with the services. Haley was incredibly patient and sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! This location is definitely a well oiled machine and it shows! Great communication with every department! I will definitely be back! Thanks ladies!
