Until recently, I used to be one of the lucky individuals who hadn't been involved in an accident in my 16 years of driving. This winter that changed unfortunately and I can assure you that you need not dread the process and/or hassle of submitting a claim when Mark Jackson Agency Inc. is on your side.

They did everything and they did it thoroughly and with such prompt service I was thankful I had elected Mark & his team when I was looking to switch. Even the auto-repair shop I've been going to for years for routine maintenance said they hadn't experienced such excellent and fast service. They thought I was owed something it was that good!

From getting connected to the adjuster, who lead me through each step and keeping me updated on my claims progress, to having the local agent go to the shop (of my choice - very important in case you have one you trust) to review and approve the repairs. They handled everything.

I have been with Mike for over 10 years. I am always adding and removing cars from my policy and they have always taken care of me immediately. He and Jean make a great team. Most times when l call, I get to speak with one them, not just leave a message and hope they call back. I never have to worry weather or not Mike took care of my requests. He always does. Recently, after I got off the phone with him from adjusting my policy a bit, he called me back later that day with a suggestion on how I could knock a few hundred off my policy cost a year. I had not asked him to do that and I definitely appreciated the suggestion. This is my first google review. I hope it helps whoever may read it.

I feel that Michael genuinely has my family's best interest in mind. My old insurance company was willing to under insure me to keep my premiums where I needed them. He reviewed my policy and showed me the gaps. I was able to get better coverage at a better rate. He makes me feel like family, not a customer. I would 100% recommend him!!

Mike and Jeanne have been phenomenal in keeping me and my family covered appropriately, with products ranging from Auto, to Home, Business, Life, and Umbrella policies. They go above and beyond to provide personalized service that I've rarely seen anywhere else. I am happy and proud to say that I've been doing business with Mike for almost 30 years! I was so fortunate to find Mike Jackson when I was very young and I have been with him over 30 years. His service is impeccable! He has helped me with Auto and Life insurance thorough moves overseas providing insurance services even while we were in Germany. Insured uncountable vehicles, made my divorce smooth and now continues to provide his excellent service to my children. Every 2-5 years I review all my polices and get them estimate quotes from other insurance companies and Mike is always the lowest. And the creme de la creme is that Jean is an absolute joy to work with - why would we go anywhere else?!?!
