  I'm so glad I found V23! The programming is challenging but super fun and incorporates much more than your typical "crossfit" gym. Intense focus on correct form while building strength and spotlighting and properly correcting my weaknesses is what I've found here. Every minute I'm at V23 is spent well. I'm never bored with the programming and find myself excited to be a part of whats in store every day. I'm becoming a better working human as a result of V23 and I'm finding myself doing things I've never been able to do (or thought I could do). Coaches Beau and Ruthie are great, knowledgeable and encouraging but push for excellence and results just come.

  V23 is RAD!! The community is encouraging and the coaching is solid. COME VISIT V23!!!!! Every workout is tough but so much FUN!!! I am so stoked to be under some incredible coaching with an awesome group of people.

  V23 Athletics is more then a gym, it is a lifestyle that encourages personal growth both in and out of the gym. The guiding philosophy is virtuosity, which means "preforming the common, uncommonly well". Beau and Ruthie embody this philosophy everyday and strive to have the V23 comminuty embrace and live this philosophy as well.
  
  I am personally thankful to Beau and Ruthie for welcoming me to the community with open arms and for working with me though my knee injury while also teaching me proper movements that are used on a daily basis. There is no man left behind here, V23 looks to build all community members and realizes that everyone has different life experiences and can bring a unique perspective to the table.
  
  Beau and Rithie are committed to their passion of health and fitness and this love for what they do is seen day in and day out. As a coach myself, I want to emulate their example and can only hope my athletes trust me they way that the V23 community trusts them.

  I feel so fortunate to be part of the V23 community. I completely trust Beau and Ruthie in guiding me through my fitness journey in a way that reaps results without compromising my safety, pushes me out of my comfort zone, and keeps me wanting more. The amazing community and culture they’ve created is one that I am extremely proud to be a part of. I can’t say enough good things about V23-it’s amazing.

  I couldn't be more thankful to have Ruthie and Beau in my life! I recently relocated from the East Coast to Denver for work but came with baggage of a recent hip surgery fresh off crutches! Ruthie and Beau welcomed me with open arms accepting the challenges that we'd face getting me up to speed with customized workouts and rehabilitation in hopes to get back on the platform!! The gym has everything you need with the perks of wonderful members and owners.V23 Athletics invests in you as an individual and family member. I can honestly say, I have found my new home!
