  A great and comforting experience from start to finish! We are a family that's in between a place to live and needed an affordable, secure place to store most all of our belongings that we have spent the last 20 years building. The moment my husband and I walked through the door, we were given a very friendly greeting from Kristin. We weren't sure of the size of the unit we would need in order to fit everything and Kristin right away sat down with us and asked us the necessary questions regarding what sort of stuff we plan to store so that she could help us figure out what size unit would be a good fit .After narrowing down some possible sizes, she then showed us the units that would best work for us. Due to her knowledge of our situation, it became an easy decision on which one to go with. Not only was Kristin awesome with helping us out with that, she was also sensitive to the stress we were feeling over our situation and helped put our minds at ease. Cost and being able to afford storing our life long belongings was a concern for us prior to going to Extra Space Storage, but after Kristin explained the price and ways she would be more than happy to help us save money while being customers there, took a lot of our stress away. After everything was said and done and we decided on our unit, my husband and I left there feeling relieved and very appreciative. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an affordable, friendly, and secure place to store their stuff. Kristin is awesome and I am HAPPY that we decided to choose Extra Space Storage!

  Jessica and Kristine both provided amazing customer service. They also gave very thorough detail regarding my storage. I would highly recommend this facility and staff to anyone.

  Wow. Just wow. This storage unit was the most professional and actually fun I’ve ever been to. I got an amazing deal that Kristine made sure was perfect fit for my needs. I can’t ever remember a time going somewhere to spend money and leaving happier then when I went. I talked to everyone I know to make sure that if they would ever need storage needs that this is the BEST place to go. Extra kudos to this crew. Wish I could leave 6 stars.

  I had a great experience renting from Extra Space Storage. Maris was very polite and patient with me and answered all of my questions. Maris was also very understanding and accommodating with regards to my time restraints and overall situation.
  
  I am very, very happy with the way I was treated and the awesome deal I got on my storage unit. Kristine was also very nice to me and I very much appreciated her customer service and professionalism in making sure that my needs were met. She is an awesome individual and an absolute pleasure to work with.

  Came into look at a storage space and the staff greeting us and made us feel welcomed. I met with Alex and he told us about a better deal that what we were told. I'm very happy with the service and the cleanliness. Highly recommend using this storage facility.
