Everyone I spoke with at Independence Aviation was knowledgeable, experienced, enthusiastic, and incredibly helpful to me trying to put together a flight to a ranch my family had gone to for over 50 years -- but NEVER by plane!!
And once we got on the plane, both pilots (outbound and return) related so easily and well with us, given their experience (meaning EXTREMELY experienced), that it just seemed a little bit like a dream. We knew we were just going to have a great time, and were being handled by very capable folks! -

(August 24, 2016, 1:16 pm)These guys sure know how to have fun! Independence Aviation is dialed in. Their facility is impeccability clean and well maintained. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming and very accommodating. Their fleet is impressive and extensive. Love these guys!

(June 27, 2016, 5:30 pm)We've all seen the typical GA operation at the local airport. We've all experienced the less than professional approach to customer service and aircraft rental/operations. But not here! I assure you. One particular sticking point for me is consistency - you can get one customer service engagement right; but how about the majority of them? Independence does just that - they get each and every engagement just right. Professional, approachable and with integrity. They want you to succeed within their business - whether you are a student, a renter, an owner or just in need of some GA advice - give them a shout. I recently earned my Instrument Rating through the commitment of my instructor (amazing guy) and the overall awareness and support of the entire team. I can tell you there is no ground crew better at KAPA then this outfit. They meet/greet and manage aircraft as if you're the G5 parking at Tac. I highly recommend this organization to anyone in need of any level of GA services.
