I recently ordered a Pulse Oximeter from this company so I could monitor my O2 levels at home as a way to stay on top of any potential issues arising from COVID-19. After I placed my order and received the standard auto-emails regarding my order, I then received a personal email explaining that they were awaiting a shipment of Pulse Oximeters and that due to high demand it would not be able to ship right away. I definitely understand that, and appreciated the open communication. Once the product shipped (which was VERY close to the estimated shipping date given in that initial email), I received a tracking email generated AND a personal email notifying me about the shipment. When the Pulse Oximeter arrived, I was surprised to see that it was not the brand I had ordered and was actually a model that appeared to be less expensive. It worked and I am fine with this, so I emailed them asking for a partial refund. The response was quick and apologetic, as they had been unaware of the change as well. They offered the partial refund or to accept the return for a full refund as well.
While this was not an ideal transaction in some regards, the exceptional customer service and quick well packed shipping more than made up for the minor issues. I would definitely shop with LPT Medical again.

I love my Inogen 1G 4 portable oxygen concentrator because it allows me the freedom to be as independent as I was before having to use oxygen 24 /7. it is a reliable unit although I’ve had it in for service three times in the last year and half.
