  While I haven't officially moved in yet the staff was absolutely fantastic when it came to touring and signing the lease.
  
  My roommate and I were a bit of a complicated situation as we decided that we wanted apply and move in (on paper) the same day. Jessica worked with us to make sure we knew exactly what we needed to do in order to make that happen. I haven't directly worked with anyone outside of Jessica but if the rest of the staff are anything like her then my roommate and I are going to have a great experience living here!

  I absolutely love this apartment complex! I am currently a resident, I'll have been here for a year in October. The apartment grounds are beautiful and up kept everyday. The staff is always so friendly and kind. I've had the pleasure of working with Alexandrea & Jessica directly. They are the two most helpful & kind young ladies. I never feel uncomfortable contacting them, they've made the living experience with Dove Valley much easier & happier.
  This is my second apartment in Colorado. My second time ever renting an apartment, ever. My first apartment experience was terrible, but I highly recommend The Dove Valley Apartments to anyone! Especially to someone who is new to renting an apartment. I am truly happy. ?

  Apartment searching during COVID-19 was not the easiest, but since finding these apartments working with Jessica has been wonderful. Her communication has been so stellar. She has answered ALL questions with such a positive attitude. I look forward to moving in this community even more based on the customer service I have been provided.

  A wonderful experience! We needed a new home quickly for our family of four. We had very specific needs and desires for an apartment. When we called the first time, Jessica made a great impression. She was so friendly and helpful, giving us all the information we needed and more. There was an apartment that met every one of our needs. When it went on the market, Jessica was there to immediately give us an online tour of the house. We decided to apply that day. With her help, we had the apartment by the end of the day. Alexandrea was also extremely kind and friendly when we called. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new home. It is beautiful and fits our needs well. The grounds here are also more than I imagined. So much beautiful grass and trees surrounding the buildings. There is even a playground for my children and a dog park for my dog. And the complex is gated after hours, so I feel very safe. Wonderful for us as a family with very young children.

  My wife and I just moved here to Colorado, and we were needing to find a place quickly! So we came across these apartments, and Jessica was there to greet us with a huge welcoming smile. She gave us the grand tour and gave us a nice home that fit within our budget and space needs. She helps answer any questions we have, and is a super delight to chat with. Thank you for your help in finding our first home here!
