    This place is wonderful! The instructors guide you in every move and help with any injuries or soreness you have. I always leave there feeling refreshed and ready for my day!

    Anara was my first yoga teacher and has influenced my practice, giving me confidence to move forward. When I began attending Anar's classes I noticed that the quality of my practice changed: I became more mindful and focused. I also noticed that I wanted to challenge myself thanks to her ability to teach and to create a safe and fun environment. Taking Anar's classes is now important part of my life. I feel lucky to have found such a talented and generous teacher =))

    When it appeals to my workouts and yoga practice, I'm exactor. I have to be sure that the coach/teacher is an expert. I pay attention to appearance, voice, energetics, work approach, even to gestures... So Anara is on top. Go & try.

    I'm doing yoga for last 3-4 years. I've tried different classes and teachers, but was lucky enough to find Anar from Going Asanas. My first Conscious practice started from lessons with Anar. She is one of those rare teachers who can explain complicated things just in a few words and motivate you to continue your practice.
