Was looking for an awd vehicle I could take up into the mountains, and I ended up picking up a 2013 Crosstrek from here. Had a little hail damage and a missing sensor, but it was being sold at ~$2000 under market value, and Sammie and Ray helped with finding replacement parts for cheap. My SO told them she was looking for a Forester and Sammie called us back the next day with a great find. He hooked it up with a similarly under market value price. Overall a great experience, we'll be coming back!

I would say that I would recommend anyone here cause the service you get from Sammie and Ray is amazing! They really do treat you like family & do what they can to help you get what kind of car you want. Especially at a good rate. As far as my story it isn't that great & I am sad & upset over all with the outcome but at this point I really wanted this car they had. I have looked everywhere else at that point & there the only ones that caught my eye with the kind of car I wanted. So I had a long process with them into getting this car to where I had to come up with more money for a down payment which wasn't a problem with me cause I really wanted it. Anyways I tried to get the best deal I wanted & with my credit I tried to get a co signer but that didn't change my months rate so I said to just leave it the way it was with my name. Being that it was MY car. Which didn't go well. I ended up not having my name on the car at all & got it under my girlfriends name instead. I don't know why it was so hard but we tried about 4 different ways so we left it at that cause they said they couldn't make any changes anymore. Which I feel like they could have but knowing they had a sale either way they didn't want to do it. So my name isn't under the car and I'm going on a year having it. Over all the car is great! Better than what I had for sure but there are a lot of undercover problems with it. The front bumper of the car don't match the same color of the car . Which is something we noticed right away & you can tell that bumper was forced on cause it don't properly fit and is popped off on the side. Then I had got a flat & had to take the car into the tire shop & they didn't give me a rim key so I had to be stranded without a car to find the rim key specifically for my car & didn't have luck. So we had to find a way to rig them all to get them changed. Which was a pain to do. Also the key that I have don't fit in the door, open the glovebox. So thats a key that don't work. So if I needed to get into my car I wouldn't be able to. Now my back end bumper has been knocked loose. So through out the time I've had little to major problems with the car. I am sad cause it's not a cheap car in the 1st place & I had to end up Putting more money into the car then I expected. When I could have just saved more money in the mean time & bought a more expensive car but that would have been worth it. So it just sucks the way that it's going & it don't seem to get any better. So overall I am happy with the car but I'm not happy with the aftermath cause if I knew that all that was gonna be a problem I would have saved my self time and money & wouldn't have rushed to get it. Good people with hidden problems. Not good. It's the little things that matter most. Can't wait til I'm done paying off the car & onto something better.

Best place to purchase a car I purchased a beautiful q5 I didn’t feel pressured nor like I made a bad decision purchased from bigger dealers and had regrets you won’t have that here best purchase I’ve made in a very long time !
