(October 17, 2017, 11:54 am)We had excellent help picking out tiles and carpet for our basement remodel. Kelsey was a great communicator and very flexible with our date changes. Everyone we worked with including all the subcontractors who installed our flooring and tiles were professional and respectful. We'd highly recommend this company. The price was competitive and the end product was amazing!

I had them remodel my Master Bath last month and from start to finish it was a very good experience. So many contractors just don't want to list any real detail in their job proposals preferring to omit the exact fixtures and enclosures that they are going to put in so they can show up with whatever they deem adequate to cut their costs.
Teresa, on the other hand, had absolutely no problem typing in the exact names and model numbers of what they were proposing to install for me which made me feel much more comfortable signing a contract and having them do the job. Sounds like a small thing, but I have had a lot of work done lately and SOME contractors just flat out refused to list ANY detail in their proposals. Needless to say these types don't get my business.
Kitchen & Floor also had a very tight schedule to work with and flawlessly completed my entire job as agreed and on time. Ed is their job site GM. He is wonderful to work with and insured that the entire job was correctly completed by bringing in each new team member just when they were needed. A very talented group of craftsmen who all knew their job and did it well.
The new shower looks great. The surrounding drywall work is very nice and was textured to blend in perfectly with the rest of the existing area. I do a lot of research, know exactly what I want when I start a job and I couldn't be happier with the results!
